- Any insulation foam board unless it is accompanied with a certificate declaring it is free from CFCs
- Containers which have any form of hazardous chemical
- Oil drums – full or empty
- Grip fill tubes – full or empty
- Pesticides, fertilisers or their empty containers
- Paint tins – full or empty
- Plasterboard – unless in a plasterboard only skip or 1 ton plasterboard only bag
- Televisions
- Tyres
- Railway sleepers
- Telegraph poles
- Waste wood from hydraulic engineering
- Waste wood from industrial applications
- Waste wood from boats, carriages and trailer beds
- Waste wood treated with creosote
- Upholstered domestic seating waste examples – sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, kitchen and dining room chairs, stools and foot stools, home office chairs, futons, bean bags, floor, and sofa cushions
